01Can EcomX manage product variants?+

Yes. Products can have inventory records with SKU, quantity and price, while each inventory combination can link to attribute values such as size, colour or another configured option.

02Which promotional tools are represented in EcomX?+

The platform includes offer pricing, bundle deals, flash sales, vouchers, minimum-spend rules, capped discounts, overall usage limits and per-customer limits.

03Does EcomX support guest checkout?+

Yes. Carts, addresses and orders can belong to a registered user or a guest token, and guest checkout can be enabled through commerce settings.

04Which payment methods can be configured?+

The schema includes Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, Flutterwave, Iyzico, PayFast, bank payment and cash on delivery.

05Can sellers operate their own stores?+

Yes. Administrator accounts can own a store, have commission settings, receive followers, track ordered-product earnings and manage withdrawal accounts and withdrawal requests.

06Can the storefront design be changed without replacing the commerce data?+

Yes. EcomX separates theme configuration and revisions from catalogue and order records, and includes draft and published theme configurations, schedules and activation history.
